Frozen potatoes can carry up to 15% salt added, so we should use less salt for their preparation than in natural potatoes.

It is always preferable to fry them with olive oil, drain them well and add little salt. It is a food, therefore, that can provide beneficial nutritional properties if consumed in moderation and cooked properly.
